male 16 year old hair loss?
okay bassicly i dont look bald, but my hair has been shedding, like in school i notice at least 1-3 strands that fall onto my desk every period, and when i pull around my hair scalp is like weak or something each time i pull at least 1-3 hairs lightly also, i believe its due to my lack of protein, i havnt drank water in the longest time, i think its due to lack of iron and protein, but if i start eating more healthy when do i notice the results like will my hair scalp get stronger and my hair stop shedding any info will help thank you

should i get my hair cut like this?
right now my hair goes down just past my boobs, its layerd and light brown, i want to get it cut short enough to where i can put it in a short pony tail (abt 1-2 inches long) how short would that be down? (like in relationship to porptions) and if i got it with side swept bangs like ashlee tisdale do you think that it would look good p.s. i already noe that i have' the rite face 4 side swept bangs' p.s.s. i also want to give it 2 locks of love an dur hair has to be 10-12 inches in a pony tail, i noe that i would have to let it grow out somemore, but i was wondering if i could get it cut BELOWthe pony tail so that my hair was long enough to put in a short pony tail (about 1-2 inches long) i ment 'and ur' not 'an dur' in thethird par. sorry
