What is hurting my fish and what can i use to treat them?

I've noticed that a couple of goldfish in my pond, look like they've been eaten away.

has had his gill eaten away another all around his eye and one more had a small circle on the top of his head, which is now growing what looks like green hair.

the fish are swimming around and eating quite happily.

should I do. It's not affecting any other fish, like my koi, tench and orfe.

I cull the sick fish or hope after treatment they'll get better? Please help.

much is average hair growth (not length, but actual follicles coming new out of scalp)? 3. Between the two, more than average hair loss and average hair regrowth, will I be going bald or noticeably thin hair and how quick? Also, are circumstances different for hair falling out from root or just breaking off along the shaft?
