For the past couple of years I have had constant fatigue and severe depression. Recently hair loss, brain fog, restless sleep and back pain. I can't function with everyday duties including dishes, schoolwork and even driving. My brain fogs up. I even tried antidepressants thinking that was it but it just made me even moodier and didn't help at all. I have tried energy drinks, changing my diet to healther foods. I have spoken to my doctor many times and always get well your under alot of stress.
alot of people are under stress and don't have these symptoms.
if anybody has any clues on who I should see about this or maybe had symptoms like mine and knows how to treat it please let me know. I can't keep going on like this.

My skin is kind of pale and is dry, my nails break easily, I am losing hair it is kind of brittle and hard at the crown of my scalp I think because of dryness but the rest of my hair is soft and looks healthy. I only eat about once a day and drink like 2 glasses of water a day. I weigh about 113 pounds and am 20 years old and female. I've never paid much attention to my health but my hair used to be very thick but now the hair loss is getting worst and when I hold my hair in a ponytail is seems to be thinner than before. I want to know what kind of fruits should I eat, how much water I should drink and what kind of food should be in my diet to fix these problems, especially the hair. Also, what kind of vitamins do I need and would drinking milk help? Thank you very much I'm not anorexic.I eat too much junk food so I dont get hungry that much Height is 5 feet 4 inches maybe a little less so I'm normal weight for my height.
sometimes I'm at 115 pounds.
