Scratching, biting, hair loss bare patches what's wrong with my dog?

I have a Border Collie Lab mix dog.

have been bad all summer, but all my dogs had flea issues. My one girl has scratched her ears so bad that there's no hair left, and the legs.joint..elbow type region is just the same.

is this and what can i do? I've sprayed and powdered all the dogs, and my little beagle mix has no problems like the big dogs.

isn't “Mange” is it? How do i deal with that if so? Last year my shepard had what the vet called “Flea Born Dermatitus” basically alergic reactions to fleas, but this is different, and i don't have the money this time for a vet visit.

What do you think caused this?

My eldest daughter, Tessa, had brilliant violet eyes and strawberry-blonde hair at birth.

her violet eyes have turned a beautiful blue and her strawberry-blonde hair has turned a lovely blonde color.

do you think this happened? Do you think it's just because she's getting older or something like that? I have another daughter, Lily, who looks like Tessa did. Do you think she will grow out of this too? xXo
