For girls only, very important period question?

I'll be 12 on January 28 and I'm really worried that I don't have my period yet.mI dunno when my mom started hers and I'm too embarassed too ask 'cause she never talks to me about that stuff. Well, my bra size is 32/34 A I found out I could almost fit into a B and I noticed my boobs started growing this summer in day camp.

hurted a lot. I wear bras everyday and have armpit hair which I got in like September and my legs and arms were hairy since I was 9 or 10 and I had pubic hair since I was about 10. I think I'm getting discharge. I got a little taller. I'm skinny and I weigh 80 pounds and I'm 5'1″. I have mood swings and fell tired/lazy a lot especially in the mornings and I get cramps sometimes.

days I feel like I'm getting it. Do you think I'm close to my period and do you think I'm underweight. My friends got their periods when they were 10/11 so I'm really worried that I won't get it fast enough.

Do you think mothers are guilted into looking pretty for their children nowadays?

I saw a commercial for a hair care product that suggested to mothers, “Put some “mommy, you look pretty today” in your cart” (This was particularly harsh, I thought) Another commercial for a weight loss product where a woman claims “now even my kids say “mommy you look sexy”” This one disturbed me) *”If you are like most people, you think advertising has no influence on you.

is what advertisers want you to believe. But, if that were true, why would companies spend over $200 billion a year on advertising? Why would they be willing to spend over $250,000 to produce a average television commercial and another $250,00 to air it? Jean Kilbourne Do you feel pressure to be a “pretty momma”? BTW, I'm not suggesting, in any way, that children are making their moms feel guilty. TERA: I saw a MILF scene on ER, a little boy told Abby she was a MILF and she didn't know what that meant so the boy's friends told her. Also, I have seen it in other things too. A show called “Weeds” and a teen movie called “American Pie” Thanks for reminding me about this.
