Hi! I'm kinda new to this show-petting coz i never really had em. A friend gave of mine me a 4-month-old chow and she seems to tear a lot.. Another question is that she has a really short hair. im just wondering if it'll grow longer when he grows up, or is the coat of a 4-month-old chow 'permanent'? My friend is out of town, i can't really ask him about it.
