To begin with, red meat is the optimal solution if your cholesterol level is low and you need more proteins. Not only does it give you the access to the proteins, but also to vitamins B, zinc, and iron. Furthermore, bacon is another choice that you can easily find in groceries all over the country of Thailand. It contains all the substances we mentioned before for the red meat, but the negative aspect of bacon is the high level of calories, which might not be the best choice if you are trying to shape your body. Moreover, the solution for vegetarians to gain some protein is egg whites and eggs generally. For instance, there is the kind of fish called salmon another option that not only does contain the necessary portion of proteins and vitamins, but also it could be served either for breakfast, lunch or for dinner.
Do not forget that except proteins, you need also complex carbohydrates in order for your hair to grow healthy. One good source of carbohydrates is short-grain rice and whole grain. They do not contain only protein, but also vitamins B and fibers, which are very important and optimal for growth and health.
Hair is the factor that shows whether you are healthy inside or not. All you have to do is to follow a daily basis diet which consists of proteins, fibers and different vitamins. Super-foods that nature produces are the optimal choice for being beautiful and handsome, but what is the most important thing: they make us even healthier.
